Lecturer accused of beating his wife to death two weeks after she welcomed their child in Rivers

A lecturer at the College of Health in Rivers state, Mr Jonathan, has been accused of beating his wife, Ole, to death, just two weeks after she welcomed their child.
In a post shared on Facebook, the aunt of the deceased, Nkesi Wogu, alleged that Mr Jonathan, is currently on the run after beating Ole to death in the presence of her mother.
She wrote,
“My niece with a two weeks old baby was beaten to death by her husband the man is oh the run his from etche and also a witness. Good bye my soft spoken sis rest in peace”
 Also the sister of the deceased, Constance Wogboroma, took to Facebook to mourn her. She wrote
“My own sister, My very best friend, my gist mate. So our discussion yesterday was a good bye. Hey! My heart is very heavy o. How i wish tears can just bring you back for us especially for your 2 
 The matter has since been reported to the police and investigations have since commenced.

We Did Not Authorize Begging Of Money To Feed Our Troops – Nigerian Army

Army Declares Fraudster Wanted The Nigerian Army   has distanced itself from a fund raising programme designed to raise money to feed troops fighting  Boko Haram  terrorists in the country.
